I ordered a TENS units to help with my therapy for my back. If I remember correctly (probably dont) it was to be delivered in 3-4 days. It didn't. So what...SO WHAT? It was because of something totally out of their control. It was nasty weather in the mid-west. The company gave me a heads up. So my order came in 5 days. Im totally happy with the company and the TENS unit. It helps immensely. But recently I had a question about the electrode pads. Enter Annalee, customer support rep. The crowd goes wild! She got back to me right away. Thank you, Annalee. If for some reason she leaves the company, it will be a huge loss for them.

Douglas was extraordinarily helpful in distinguishing between product options and finding a workaround for a product currently out of stock. If the product performs as well as Douglas I know we'll be satisfied.

Ordered the TENS XS PRO and first tried it on my knee with wonderful first time results. Put it on an aggravated muscle in my back that I am currently in physical therapy for and am pleasantly surprised how great it feels. I benefited in therapy with stem but had no idea this small unit would be so powerful. I would highly recommend it. There may be some cheaper but the lifetime warranty and communications with customer support via email have been great and they are very responsive. I would buy it again.

The XS Pro is a genuinely a nice Blood pressure monitor. It requires some orientation at first use, but Oxiline has a great technical support department. I had a connection problem, and they were relentless in solving my problem. I highly recommend the Oxiline XS Pro.

Anne in customer service was extremely helpful when I unfortunately needed to return a Tens Unit as I was not able to use it. The product was of very good quality, directions were clear, and the price was quite reasonable. I found Oxiline to be an excellent company to do business with.
