After reading the complaints about this company and their unprofessional manner in which they ignore complaints especially for the customer whose package went to Puerto Rico and they have not even given her the decency of a replacement. Thank you for saving me from wasting my money sending it to them to be treated in this horrible manner which they should be ashamed of themselves for.

The main computer touch screen doesn't work. It turns on but the symbols don't come up and touching it does nothing.

All returned items are eligible for a complete refund during this time, except shipping fees, which are not refundable. To make a return simply send your order to the address below. Make sure the package's outside clearly states your Name and Order Number and a complete refund for the returned item/s will be handled as soon as the tracking number is provided to us, and received by the warehouse team. The thermometer and blood pressure monitor I ordered have not been delivered. Per the UPS website, the merchandise has never been received for shipment. I have written to Oxiline customer support with no response, called their customer service phone line and received a prompt to leave a message and tried their live chat feature which is not working.

Scale never worked properly. When I stand on it and lift the handles it consistently says error. I have two friends who purchased the scale with the same issue. It is overly sensitive. I have a Renpho that works perfectly and I have never had an issue like this. I purchased this scale because it advertised that it was more accurate. I do not recommend the pro scale. When I wanted to return it, I was at 33 days and they wouldn't honor it because it was over 30 days.

I ordered an EMS TENS unit from Oxiline on Nov 27th - (with Free shipping). It hadn't arrived after a week, so I wrote to enquire what the issue was. A customer service person "Anne" wrote back and told me to "be patient". Two days later I found out the item had been stuck in Jacksonville Florida for 8 days. So I wrote to Anne again. Again she told me to "be patient". I checked the package tracking and saw it had been sent to Puerto Rico. (I live in Gainesville Florida). I contacted Anne again to see if they could send a replacement as I need the device for a medical condition. Apparently not. Given that the package is showing "movement" albeit to the wrong destination, they can't offer a replacement. Really? Come on! I see others have similar issues with this company.

Their site says your order will be shipped same day if placed before 4PM EST. I placed my order at 10:30 AM EST… SIX DAYS AGO. My order still has not shipped. I have sent three emails to customer service with ZERO reply… and called customer service during working hours, only to have computer tell me they can’t take my call. I wish I had vetted the company before placing my order. I will be taking legal action soon.

The Tens X Pro unit I purchased stopped working after a few months. It is completely useless and I strongly advise anyone considering buying one to skip the purchase. The best part is oxiline customer service refused to refund the money I wasted on a useless defective product since I requested a refund after 30 days. My recommendation is avoid this product and doing business with this company

Absolutely defective product! The Oxline Glucoxpro is the absolute most defective product I have ever purchased! The customer service is awful and apparently the company is out to take customers money and send them defective products. Please don’t ever order anything from Oxline! The customer representative “Denzel” was of no help and there is no live customer service available. Also, please report all complaints to the BBB and hopefully, Oxline will go out of business permanently!
