I ordered a tens unit without consulting my physician. After I had received it, I found out that it was something that I wasn’t allowed to use. It was first said that because of a small glitch, I couldn’t have a refund, but after explaining what I had done, the customer service department stepped in and found that I truly had sent it back and they issued immediately a refund. They were so kind and polite and I truly thank them. They are an honest upright company trying to do their best…….

I purchased a BP machine when diagnosed with hypertension. The numbers were not accurate to other sources and I contacted the company for guidance. They answered immediately and offered suggestions. When this did not rectify the situation they sent a new machine. No delay, no excuse just recognition of the importance of an accurate reading for a safe health experience. The new machine is perfect and accurate. The attention and follow through on a complaint was excellent!! I would definitely recommend the products offered by this company. They are positively invested in the customer experience as well as safety. TY

Excellent Blood Pressure Machine! The only one i’ve had that works every time (no errors) and is accurate! I did lots of research before buying and this machine has tested in trials 100% accurate! (unlike many other home machines) Easy to use and a real plus, the XL Cuff which I needed! High quality all the way! You need an accurate dependable Blood Pressure Machine! This is the one!
