Oxiline XS Pro unit is useless. I am on my second one because the first was so far off I returned it. That took months to accomplish. Just tried using the second unit and the reading is 186/119, the last four at my dr's office have been around 129/82. I wasted over $100 for this useless piece of machinery. All the reviews they post on their site are 4 or 5 stars. I have posted a 1 star. they do not show up. Look at TrustPilot and BBB for valid reviews.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone to help me with the return of the Oxiline Med Pro scale. It is a defective machine. I sent an email, and they returned with an email asking for more information. I submitted that and never heard from them again. It's been almost two weeks. Are they trying to run out the time stated in their return policy? I will never do this again. I may just have to go to my credit card company and ask for help. I know they will help.

I ordered a one month supply from them for blood sugar monitoring, I didn't know you can't later join the monthly shipments without buying another monitor and everything. Then, I thought I was doing really good sugar-wise until I started getting som really low readings. Come to find out, I wasn't doing as good as I thought, the meter was WAY off. It was telling me I had a fasting of 97 when in reality it was 140. I was so upset, I wanted a refund, but was refused. I stopped the auto-pay and threw everything out. Wasted at least $100 on supplies through them. DO NOT recommend.

Ordered BP monitor on 1/16 with express shipping 2-3 days. Credit card was billed 1/17. Got an email 1/18 saying it shipped. Arrived in Jacksonville 1/22. Left Jacksonville 1/23. Later that day got message that severe weather is causing delay. Now it’s in limbo. Jacksonville didn’t even get an inch of snow. Sent several emails to oxiline no responses. No phone number on website. Offices are in Miami so snow isn’t a problem there. Guess they just have terrible customer service.

I placed my order for a scale on 12/10… still nothing as of 1/24. The company stated they were sending out another scale on 1/13. There’s been no update on shipping since 1/14. Hopefully they will refund the amount or I’ll have to dispute the charge. Please stay away from this company!

My advise to oxiline is to shut down. Stop taking customers hard earned money.

Returned an item to them and I can't get them to respond to my emails now. I had to dispute with my credit card. The reviews on their website are fake. Any negative reviews aren't shown. (obvious since there are no 1, 2, or 3 star reviews on anything. Device reported oxygen levels of 128%. They also said item was available to ship immediately and it took 2 weeks. I'm considering a complaint with the attorney general for consumer fraud on the fake reviews and the dishonesty regarding their return policy. They respond to the negative comments here because they want to act like they are proactive but they are not.

Really starting to feel like a scam. I ordered an MD Pro Scale December 11th. I am an International customer and paid the additional fees for express shipping. Oxiline uses a company called Global Post for orders shipped OUTSIDE the US. The package moved from Oxiline throughout Miami until it landed in Doral on December 17th. Then everything went silent. I contacted Oxiline who instructed me to direct my inquiries to Global Post. The excuse from Global Post was the Canada Post strike causing delays. The strike ended on December 17th. That strike has now been over for MORE than a month and I still have NO SCALE on January 21st and despite a message indicating "in transit" last Tuesday, the package is STILL "in transit" this Tuesday. It's a 3-hour flight from Miami to Toronto folks. I feel like I'm being scammed here. You have my money and, after waiting more than 40 days, I still don't have the product DESPITE paying for the more expensive shipping option. Terrible. Also MORE than a little suspect that your last VERIFIED customer review was 6 months ago. NOTHING more recent. Your Customer Service is deplorable.
