I was thrilled with the customer service provided when I accidentally purchased the wrong product! I emailed Oxiline's customer service department, received an immediate automated reply acknowledging receipt of my email, and was contacted within a day by Justine, a wonderful customer service agent, who could not have been kinder or more helpful! As well, the product ordered was on my doorstep within a few days.

The product, Scale MD Pro is fantastic. It took a few tries to connect to Bluetooth but once it did, everything was great. I called customer service, located in EST, and rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She found the info I needed quickly and was very professional. This is the second product I have purchased from Oxiline. Although I love the USB charger, this model does not monitor heart rate. My bad for not paying attention to marketing info. I still love this scale. It provides very interesting info and I love the reports you can export.

Justine w/Oxiline was so very helpful coordinating an exchange for my mom's initial BP monitor (malfunctioned). He also provided me with helpful "sync" instructions so that I can monitor her readings from my off-sight location/not in her senior facility. Justine was the best! Thanks, Lucy

Upon ordering for the first time, the wrong shipping address was included when placing the order. Denzel from customer service was very helpful in changing to the correct address before the item was shipped. This saved a lot of time and aggravation had the order been shipped to the wrong address. For the guy who said the Fathers Day sale was false and misleading...It clearly states "UP TO 50% off" Additionally, it states 30% off IN RED right next to the price. Way to ruin a company rating over negligence in simple reading!!

Justine was the nicest Customer service rep. She answer all my questions with my Blood pressure unit. Justine sent out a new Blood Pressure unit. I had a new unit with in 3 days. What a pleasure to work with a Company that's stands behind their product.
