i ordered a weight scale from this company on 2/20/2025. i got a notice that the unit was shipped on 2/20 but a follow on notice from ups that it was delayed since ups hasn't received the package. i contacted oxiline on 3/1 that i would like to cancel. i got a reply on 3/2 asking if they could make it right and ship it overnight. well i just got the same 'delayed' email from ups and that they haven't received the package. it was supposed to arrive today. i requested a refund this morning, i do not trust this company an i believe it is just a scam company that never delivers a product but takes your money. i'll follow up if i ever get a refund but i think i got took on this. dont make the mistake i made trusting this company

Their "SMART" Scale is functionally stupid! It never did anything beyond assessing my weight and associated BMI--which read higher than my weight itself. Serious problem with their algorithm--plus it repeatedly stopped half way through the process and never did complete any of the other measurements it claimed to analyze. The kicker is that I had to return their faulty product at my own expense--which was $60! Also, their return policy states that postage is "non-refundable"--does that mean they are actually going to charge me the shipping fee they paid to send my order at no cost. I don't know yet--because over a month later I still haven't received a refund! So now I have to wait and see how much postage they deduct from my refund--postage that included two other devices, btw. I wonder if they will deduct the postage for those two items or just charge me the cost of mailing everything(?) Seriously wish I had thought to check this site before I made my purchase--I will in the future...that is if I ever buy anything online through a company other than Amazon!

Does not respond to emails. On February 12 they said that a replacement would be sent. Have since sent 4 emails and no response. Do not purchase from this company.

I would give them 0 stars if that was a choice. Customer service doesn’t respond at all. Ordered the unit on Feb 4 with the added express shipping. Emailed them several times to inquire if they received the order and if it was shipped to finally get an email back on Feb 11 letting me know it was sold out and they just received the more inventory. A label was created on the 11th and today is the 20th and the package is still in Miami. Is express post being shipped by bicycle ? Horrible customer service and deceiving express post. Will get my card company to do a refund.

I bought the XS pro blood pressure monitor 2025. It showed my pressure so ridiculously high like it has never been at the doctor office. Not to mention the cuff tightened so tight it was painful and all of me would tense up. sometimes it would give me error messages probably because I was so tense. I tried to contact the company online and no matter how many times I would try to access my purchase it would say I was not signed in. It would sign me in one place but would not let me address the issue of trying to get access to my receipt... Luckily I paid with PayPal so I was able to find the purchase on PayPal Now I am in wait and see mode hoping they will get back to me so I can return it... I would have just exchanged it. But now I want a return because if the next one has the same issue I will have a hard time trying to get the issue resolved a second time

61% 1 Star Reviews. BUYER BEWARE!! Paid for Express Shipping. According to the website its USPS. Its not, they use Globalpost. No response or Replies from customer service. They tried to tell me initially their was a delay at the Canada Border, but they hadn't even shipped yet at that point. It's been stuck in Florida for the last 9 Days. DONT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING! Will update progress as necessary for review.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a blood pressure device with expedited delivery. I reached out after a week with zero response to my question- I tried emailing 2 more times on following days and have received no response. I checked on LinkedIn and there is only 1 employee. I think this place is a scam.

No customer service whatsoever. the body measurement does not work 99% of the time. The do not respond to emails and disconnect you on their toll free customer service number.
