bought the scale pro to measure weight and most importantly, body fat. The body fat measurement worked maybe 3 out of 100 times? Gave up and wanted to return. Customer service seems to purposely drag its feet and give run around. Oxiline wanted me to pay shipping for non working product. F them.
Thankfully my bank/CC values my business and just reversed charge.

Disrespectful, Heartless Customer Service — Shop ElsewhereI
I recently found myself in the most frustrating and heartless situation after my husband’s tragic passing. My husband accidentally ordered two pulse oximeters. He only had the chance to open one of them before he passed away—tragically, the second one was still in its unopened mailing package.
I attempted to return them, only to find they were just outside the 30-day return window—by one week and one day, respectively. Hoping for some compassion and understanding, I contacted customer service, explaining my situation. After all, I’m a widow, living on disability, waiting on an understaffed government to process my benefits.
Instead of empathy, I was offered a $25 credit for each of these brand new, $98 items—a paltry offer that barely covers shipping costs, let alone compensates for the heartache and distress I’ve been through. This is how they treat the widow of a recently deceased veteran and civil servant.
To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. If you don’t want to give your hard-earned money to a company that couldn’t care less about their customers, I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. These people have shown nothing but cold indifference and heartlessness.

Oxiline runs a fraudulent review site, "DocReviews"
DocReviews poses as an independent review site, but it *always* rates Oxiline products the highest, and most of the rest of the site is gibberish. DocReviews is clearly run by or for Oxiline to trick people into buying their medical products.
I contacted Oxiline to demand a refund as soon as I realized I had ordered one of their medical products based on a fake "independent" recommendation, and they issued a refund a few days later. Therefore, I will not be opening a formal complaint. However, the fake review site is still online, so I want to help others avoid being tricked.

Poor customer service
I ordered a scale then immediately cancelled my order when I discovered the scale was not compatible with my Garmin devices. The next morning I received notification of shipment. I called in and said the order was cancelled and not to ship. They claimed UPS had already picked up the package 5 minutes after the label was created. UPS had not picked up the package. I was then told to refuse delivery, which I did. They charged my card and it took a week to get a credit issued. Something is not right here.

Refunds are a Nightmare!!! Dont buy from them
I bought a bloodk pressure monitor and it did not work right. I have been getting the run around to get a refund. I sent it back. Then called to follow up,
they said they needed the tracking number, so thankfully I had it. Now I have to fill out another form with tracking and order number to continue to process my refund. Its ridiculous!!! They're giving me the run around. I'll NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!! Its been over 3 weeks since I sent back the product.

I received the Oxiline MD Pro scale a…
I received the Oxiline MD Pro scale a few days ago. It looked great, nice styling, felt solid.
I was surprised by the poor quality of the documentation/instructions accompanying the scale. But I’m fairly tech savvy so I dove in.
I downloaded the app as directed. I paired the scale to my phone with Bluetooth, but was disappointed that I could not connect it via WiFi to my home network as is typical with other household appliances and my current smart scale. The Bluetooth connection requires the user’s phone to be near the scale — and (per the app) the phone must be open to the measurement page of the app(!) for the scale to analyze body composition. None of this was obvious per documentation.
Despite having my phone open to the measurement page of the app, phone lying on the floor next to the scale, connection symbol visible on scale monitor, I was only able to get a full body composition analysis one time in 30 plus attempts. My weight then my name would appear on the scale monitor, then it would abruptly say “Goodbye!” and shut off. The app suggested that my hands were in the wrong position and there was something between my feet and the sensors.
Intelligent person plus 30 or more attempts to 1) hold arms away from body at 45 degrees, 2) place thumbs and fingers in full contact with sensors w/out moving, and 3) stand with clean bare feet on the clean scale sensors equaled 1 successful body analysis. Therefore I am seeking a refund. (No response from Oxiline customer service yet.)
