False blood pressure readings from their equipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I as for a refund on my purchase and was rejected because it was 2 days beyond the 30 day return window. The 2 days were over a weekend but it didn't matter to them. Very poor customer service and indifferent to the needs of the consumer!

my first scale didn't work and it took about 5 months to get a replacement. The new one is also inconsistent and now I can't even add additional users on the app or website. In fact, I can't even sign into the website.

Ordered a tens pro. It was promised to be delivered within 3 days. A week later, still no delivery. Wrote to customer service to cancel order. Email from them 5 days later stating that I could not cancel. Wasn’t shipped yet. Long story short, horrible customer service. Will not respond to my emails. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This has been a really poor experience for such an important piece of equipment. I say equipment because although this review is for the adaptor, it speaks to the poor customer service experience regarding to the BP monitor as well. As someone who is t=required to take their BP every day I was going through 4 AAA batteries every 3.5 weeks. That's just ridiculous. So I ordered a USB C to USB C cable so I could take my BP from my laptop (Plugged in to AC not using the battery) to the monitor. I got different results from battery usage so I ordered the AC adaptor from your website. Finding a wall outlet to plug into that was within distance to a table where I could sit and use the monitor was really problematic. It was uncomfortable and not realistic where I had to move to so I called Customer Care. The person was pretty frustrated with me. Impatient. He kept telling me I really wanted to use the batteries which is not going to happen! I ended up throwing the adaptor in a drawer never to use for this purpose again and have gone back to plugging into the laptop sitting at a table where I can relax and use this monitor. I would absolutely tell everyone NOT to waste their money on this adaptor and furthermore would encourage all looking for a quality BP monitor to avoid Oxiline. Terrible/non existent customer service and you'll spend $100 a year on batteries.

I purchased 2 Oxiline oximeter for $69 each. A little after the 30 days for a refund was up, the device started to malfunction. The heart rate was off by 15 bpm. This faulty information could have cost my daughter her life. They would not refund my $. Instead they want to send me another device! Now, would you trust your life or a loved one’s life with a faulty device critical to the their well-being? Change this corrupt money grubbing policy. Do not buy anything from this company. They have had 138 complaints this year alone from the BBB. Save your $ and your time and possibly your life or that of a loved one. If I had the $, I would sue them. It could have cost my daughter her life.

I purchased an Oxiline bp meter that seemed fine for about a month or two, then went crazy and began giving nonsense values; in the range of 1/10 of possible bp measures. I informed oxiline.shop multiple times, and they respond each time with a boilerplate email response, followed by nothing. I requested a return label, for a replacement, or a refund. No response. If I had purchased thru Amazon I could get a refund or return. By buying directly from Oxiline, I have no recourse. All they need to do is ignore my repeated emails, which they are good at.

UNLESS you want to replace the batteries at least every month on the xs pro blood pressure monitor, DON’T buy this. The lifetime warranty means nothing since after 30 days, you have to pay for the shipping to replace the product. It took a month to realize how quickly the batteries die.
