Best band!

Ordered two
Ordered two, the wrap and Chloe, love the looks but very disappointed in the Chloe, doesn’t matter which hole I put it in it comes right out of the two strap holders, and I mean dozens of times a day, to the point where Ive been out and almost lost the entire watch because it had came out of them and then worked it’s way out of the hole also. Very disappointing, they need to be much tighter than they are

Nice - but...
The product is very nicely made,(5 stars) fits my phone well and the ability to charge my phone works as advertised (5 stars). However, it adds a lot of weight, thus making it very heavy and undesirable to use (1 star) The next issue, for me, is that the wallet part isn't able to hold the cards and money I need to carry and still close. (0 stars). So, after using it for one week, I have put it aside and will not use it again. In reading your return policy, I observed that I can not return it as it is used.

I asked for refund and didn’t get it
I asked for refund and didn’t get it. I’ll be sending your product back because it shouldn’t take 4 weeks to get my wallet especially when I paid $65 for something that usually costs $15-20! I’m done with your company and will never use it again.
