Oxa LeatherReviews of oxaleather.com

i bought a lether case from here. the design was good and felt decent, but the quality wasn"t as strong as i expected. The magnet in it could be better. overall it feels a bit avarege. i was expecting a bit more for the price.

Nice case but returned because phone volume buttons wouldn’t work with case on

We ordered two phone cases for the Samsung S22 Ultra. One of the cases showed up on time and the other did not. When I contacted the company, I was told that they were out of the color I had ordered although it showed in stock on their website when I ordered it and in fact when I called to question it. When my case finally arrived, it appeared well-made, it did everything it was supposed to do, but that night when I attempted to charge my phone, the USB C plug would not fit through the hole cut in the bottom of the case for that plug. On my wife's case it fit perfectly but not on mine. I contacted the company and they provided a label for me to send the item back and they promptly refunded my purchase price. I'll also add that when my case was late, they did refund me 10% off the initial purchase price. I'm giving this three stars because the case did not fit, it was late, and I had to send it back but if I could rate just their customer service I would give them a five.

My wallet was lost during shipment. Same color leather was then out of stock as replacement. Oxa addressed these issues, offering expedited shipping (when back in stock) and compensation for the mix up. I appreciated their Customer Service and timely response. The iPhone magnetic leather wallet is handsome as it is functional! I had it embossed with my husbands initials for a personal touch making it the perfect purchase!

The watch band is lovely but I can’t use it without adding 2 more holes to fit my (petite, but not abnormally so) wrist. I had to purchase an awl and will figure out how to use it. Annoying to be sure since adding a few more holes would have been easy while it was being designed and manufactured but a real pain now.

For me this was a replacement for another cover that had a slot at the back that can only hold two cards. I really wanted to use this new one............ . I loved the versatility of the cover.......in particular the extra space for cards etc.compared to my old cover, Unfortunately it became too thick to easily get in and out of my cross body bag. So I've gone back to using a cover like I had before

Your product is fine, however, your customer communications is awful. I attempted twice to have something addressed, and on neither occasion did I receive any kind of response. For this reason, I will not be recommending you to friends.

Very apparent mold lines on the plastic bits.
