I contacted a couple mortgage companies myself, but OwnUp found the best rate by far, saving me time and money. They were easy to work with and I’m very happy with my 3% fixed rate mortgage!

Easiest process ever! Spoke to Ryan, got the quotes with breakdowns and details via email shortly after. He was available for any questions I had, very transparent process with no surprises. I felt very comfortable. Was able to secure a lower interest rate and shorten our mortgage to term. Highly recommend Own Up!

Initially I'm like what is this website claiming to help the people who aren't well versed in real estate or loans and how it all works? I truly can't believe how easy it was to refinance my home through Own Up. I am single and work a ton of hours and just never seemed to find time to sit down and shop for rates and banks and the headaches were enough to make me push it off. I talked to Tehri at Own Up. She showed me the rates and how the points offered by the banks are basically free money towards closing. I chose not the option with the lowest interest rate but the one that would literally cover most of my fees. I know I saved a ton of money and took a huge step to paying my home off 2x faster. Thanks so much Tehri for the initial push to go for it! I was not paid for this review.. I am simply amazed how awesome the whole process works and want to tell everyone to try it

Molly with OwnUp was great! She gave me multiple loan quotes without having to do a hard pull on my credit. Not only did she give me options, but she gave me the best terms with the best rate and the biggest lender credit out of all of the loans I shopped. I was very pleased with the service and the level of attention I received from Molly and the lending team at Mutual of Omaha. I would recommend OwnUp to anyone looking to buy or refinance!
