I heard of Own Up through @your.richbff on Instragram. My husband and I were starting the process to look for a house, so I figured I would look into Own Up. I met with Charles Pierce, who was super friendly and was able to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions. I was able to get the pre-approval letter very quickly, and having that in hand while touring homes gave us much more confidence. Once our offer was accepted, Charles was very responsive and got all parties on the same page to help ensure a very smooth and efficient closing process. We went with a mortgage lender through Own Up and got an amazing interest rate. Our realtor was skeptical of using an online mortgage lender, but he even said the experience could not have been better! Both Charles from Own Up and the mortgage lender they recommended were responsive, helpful, and kept me in the loop during the whole process. We have since moved into our new house, and we could not have done it without Own Up. Highly recommended!
