Good Customer Service prompt attention attempting to answer my questions!

I had the pleasure of working with Jenn Nketia and she was fabulous! So kind and knowledgeable. I was surprised at how quick the process was. I was speaking with a loan officer in no time at all!

William was very pleasant and helpful! I received a call within a few minutes from Brad to start the process. He was just as pleasant and helpful. All around a great experience.

Olivia listened to all of the details surrounding my road to the purchase of a new home. She gave a lot of helpful feedback on what to expect and what I could do to make the process easier. She referred me to a lender that met my requirements and I have been able to get the ball rolling on securing pre-approval to help me in my search for the right home.

The inquiry process was super easy. Within mintues of submitting a request, Tammy Elizer reached out to me to review my submission. She mentioned that no hard credit pull was required to start the process, which was one of the most important things to me as I start my loan comparisons. I am looking to move quickly thorughout this whole process while still duing my research due diligance. I am preparing for my current lease to end in 3 months so her quick response made me keep my momentum going.

The online process was very easy and quick. Within a few minutes, I got a call from a real human being named William Boyce. He was really helpful and fun to talk to. He walked me through the process and connected me with a lender that gave me a pre-approval letter the next day (Saturday). It was all way easier than I thought it would be, and everyone gave me their contact information for if I had any questions. So, I feel like I have a team with me as I look for a condo.

Would not recommend unless you want them to sell your data and receive 10 times as many spam calls in a day and they didn’t even get back to me after the first email. Terrible.
