Mac mini was total trash from the start. Wouldn’t boot up, wouldn’t recognize mouse/keyboard, constantly started in safe mode WHEN it did actually turn on. HDMI port only worked 20% of the time. And, AND it had trouble connecting to WiFi. Needless to say I sent it back, HAD TO PAY SHIPPING and, they hit me for a “restocking” fee. So all in all I lost close to $200 Do yourself a favor and just buy a brand new item from Apple.

The product I ordered has been waiting for days to be shipped. On top of that situation when they finally did ship they sent it via usps, there it sat for days waiting to be accepted by the usps. In total it has been sitting in an idle state for 5 days. I will never do business with them again, as a matter of fact if I do finally get the product I am going to ship I back for a refund. Total incompetence.

I can’t review the product because I never got it. Ordered a video splitter 10 days ago. Reached out because it hadn’t arrived. Was told good news, it shipped today! I checked the tracking number, it hadn’t shipped they had just printed a label. Agent refused to cancel the order because it might ship. Order from these people wit caution, lacsidasica and they lie

Completely killed my 3TB drive. It no longer responds to anything, TestDisk doesn't see it and Windows reports it's a hardware failure. Thanks, totally glad I gave OWC a go, very fun. DO NOT USE MACDRIVE, it kills drives, for no reason. Also, terrible UI, no warnings, no info. DO NOT USE MACDRIVE. That's all, just don't do it, ruined my day.

Bought a raid drive and not only did they send an OLDER unit which they repacked in a newer box (I know this because it has older ports vs the newer usb-c ports which the package shows) - but the drive simply does not work at all and they refuse to do anything about it.

I purchased a very expensive Thunderbolt docking system (MiniStack STX) 3 years ago and it blew out last week. Luckily my enclosed hard drives were still working after removing them. The company would not repair my unit even out of warranty and would rather that I dispose of it in the garbage. I even tried to get them to sell me the board so I could replace it myself and they refused. If they won't stand behind their product, I will no longer support such a company. They obviously manufacture JUNK!!!!

I purchased an OWC Thunderbay 8 which required the use of their "Free" SoftRAID software since it did not allow the use of APPLE's RAID. I set it up easily when I started using this backup solution. Now after updating my OS, SoftRAID is broken and they want $150 just to use it one time, and then $80/year afterwards. They say there is a free solution but do not provide any support or download links to find it or use it. It is a GIANT POKE IN THE EYE. I will never purchase another OWC product, and I have filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint. If not satisified, I will take further action.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Their MacDrive software will not license. Keep saying we are wiping our computer even though their own diagnostic report lists when Windows and their software was installed.
