OWCReviews of owcdigital.com

Always easy. I've been using MacSales (OWC) for nearly 30 years.

Packaging was good and product quality very good. Arrived before schedule.

Great way to update our old Mac. Created more space, thank you

The housing was a great choice to utilise the SSD external drive that I have already. Shipping was actually 4 days sooner than estimated.

Easy to ensure we ordered the right battery and arrived within a week. Took less than 10 minutes to switch out with good instructions glad that the tools were with it which made things much easier laptop went from retaining less than an hour of charge to now 8 to 10 hours. We’ll see if we get a couple years out of this battery like we should but happy with everything at this point.

OWC can be trusted to deliver a quality product at a fair price. This is our second computer purchase and we have been extremely happy with both. We strongly recommend them for your Mac needs.

Received what I expected. Well packaged. Delays caused by Canada Post

Everything. First drive was DOA, but they handled the replacement like I was a king.Always the best service and the DOA drive was a fluke. I've been using them for years and always the same experience - perfect.
