Jerseys came 2 weeks ahead of schedule, and print quality was beautiful. These aren’t the lightest jerseys, but they seem to breathe pretty well. I’d love to find jerseys without elastic on the bottom that are tighter around arms, as I’m a woman, with wider hips and small arms.

The online tool was super easy to use. The price is fair, and the quality is 5 star, better than some of the top Motocross brands. The shipment arrived fairly quick, I was really surprised on how this worked out and how good the shirts looked. Customer service responsive and good. Amazing platform to customise your own designed race kit!

Sonst immer gut, jetzt extrem Mies. Im November eine Bestellung los geschickt. Volumen über 3 k€, für unseren kleinen Verein eine riesen Summe. Im Juni noch nichts erhalten, immerhin 1 Angebot letzte Woche. Aussage Firewall/IT Probleme. Sehr oft hinterher telefoniert und keine weitere Reaktion auch verschiedene Mailadressen verwendet. Keine initiative. Rabatt von 30% (10% währen es ohnehin) fühlt sich so an als wird man gerade so ernstgenommen. Angeboten wurde uns das nicht, das musste ich natürlich Anfragen. Keine Entschuldigung per Mail, scheint business as usual zu sein. Man ist nur wegen des eigenen Designs bei Oawayo gefangen, für meine Jugend gehe ich zu einem andren Anbieter. Keine Ahnung was da los ist, Weitere Sachen in meiner Bestellung wurden auch ignoriert. Aber ist ja auch ein halbes Jahr her, da kann ich ja nicht erwarten, dass sich der Bearbeiter das merkt oder gar in die Mail schaut, die er definitiv erhalten hatte. Wenn ich pampig gewesen wäre, könnte ich das noch fast verstehen. Wir haben schon einige Turniere verpasst, auch unser eigenes großes Strandturnier. Natürlich wurde uns auch Angeboten für Expresslieferung drauf zu zahlen. Keine Ahnung was da los ist, aber Service ist das nicht.

Even after communicating chest measurements, the shirt is still very loose. It fits more like a large than a medium and I got the medium small one plus it took kind of a real long time to go doesn’t look like it should’ve took that long anyway, my first try probably not gonna do my neck shirt with you guys probably go with someone that does it in the US instead of overseas

Hi Chris, we’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the jersey. You mentioned that it’s too big. Please note that our MTB jerseys are designed with a loose fit to allow room for protective gear underneath. That’s why the fit is more relaxed and not comparable to regular sports shirts. Regarding the delivery time: we shipped the jersey after just 10 days of production, which is actually very fast. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the delivery service during shipping. Once a package leaves our facility, we unfortunately have no control over it. Nevertheless, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you’ll still enjoy wearing our jersey. At first it was not good... but i'm glad that it was able to be made right because this company is amazing... these jerseys are so awesome... i have mad respect and apologize for my initial disrespect..

Update: there was an error on the website and the company stepped up to fix it. They were very apologetic and offered a replacement once we were able to find the correct size. I ordered the free samples in two different sizes. The process was simple. I am ordering three additional jerseys from them in addition to the replacement. Star rating changed from 3 to 5 The jersey was great, but it was about two sizes too small. The sleeves could hardly fit over the arm pads. We used the sizing chart and took the measurements, and then added a little to them, but it was still too small. It is unusable. :/
