Response from owayo custom sports USAApr 21, 2026

Dear Clif, We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with an aspect of your jerseys. We have reviewed your order and noticed that the outline of the names was designed in pink within the 3D designer on your side. The designs were transmitted to us exactly as they appeared in your account at the time of ordering, and we produced them accordingly. It is possible that an incorrect color was selected unintentionally or that it did not appear as expected on your screen. We kindly ask for your understanding that we manufacture items based strictly on the designs provided by our customers and do not make alterations. Thank you very much for your understanding. Kind regards, The owayo Team
