Good quality materials and great printing. Accurate sizing charts. Outstanding service and attentive communication. Quick turnaround. Flawless order accuracy. No minimums is a great feature. Wish list: I wish the threads around the cycling bib shorts shoulder straps was stronger. I also wish the jackets, wind and rain coats were available in several bigger sizes for large recreational riders in cold climates who wear more layers. Very happy though and will continue to order and recommend!!

I have ordered basketball uniforms 2 times now with Owayo. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and the design-renders on the uniforms are as close to flawless as you can get. I’m proud of the designs I created using the 3DSGN software on the site, but I’m just as impressed and in love with the final products I received. I will definitely return and will recommend to everyone I know who needs uniforms (and even design them for people on the site)! ✊🏼

Designing the jersey was easy to use, and there was plenty of customization.

The product was 5/5, but the email communication throughout the process left something to be desired. I only ever received one email a day. Even if I immediately responded, I wouldn’t get a response until the next day - and sometimes it was from a completely different person. Due to the infrequency of daily emails, I felt like the product was delayed by a few more days than I would have liked. Other than that; it was a 5/5 product, but I am deducting a star due to the communication issues. I will be purchasing more products in the future.
