owayo custom sports USAReviews of owayo.com

I submitted a custom design for a bike jersey. The representative contacted me and was afraid the graphics were too low resolution for the final product. After revamping the design, they were able to use it, but still with some reservations. I have to say, their bar of acceptable is quite high as the final product exceeded my expectations. It looks great and I can’t wait for the northern New York winter to subside and let me out on the trail wearing this. Thank you for caring so much.

Designing the shirt was very easy using the 3D design tool. Ordering was just as easy, except that in the US, we had some concern about the European sizing. The completed shirts were sized up one level and that made the fit very good here in America.

This was a wonderful buying experience and I am definitely going to be back to get more for our team in the future. The staff is friendly, easy to work with, and helped resolves issues and concerns promptly. Great people/company to work with!

Great quality product, better than expected. Not cheap but worth the money. Communication was excellent and delivered exactly when promised.

We put together our team jersey designs using the Owayo's online system and found it to be very intuitive to use. The production and delivery time was prompt and the quality of material and print outstanding. A very happy customer from Australia.

Received my son's ice hockey jersey, socks and cover shorts today, we designed it on the 3d designer as its advertising his sponsor so needed a logo on. The communication with owayo (think the ladies name was Cassandra), was really good, couldn't fault how efficient she was in getting back to us regarding the design and logo quality etc. All was checked before hand by themselves, and final product that has arrived is amazing, quality is outstanding. Great customer service all round will definatly recommend this company and be using it again.

owayo and their products are terrific! We are returning customers - 5 orders (so far)! We've ordered hoodies and polos, custom sunsmart sleeves (cycling arm warmers), caps and custom leggings all at very competitive prices. For us, the very best product has been the cycling jerseys. With pocket removed before manufacture, they make fantastic cross country baselayers for equestrian training and cross-country - perfect, breathable, stretch technical fabric and truly amazing customisations! We've really been blown away - our merch all looks incredibly professional and gets loads of comments! The owayo staff have reached out with design advice and support all the way through the process, they are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Shipping (international) has been fast and reliable. Could not be happier with our experience or the products - thank you owayo!

Ordered 700€ worth of jerseys and got treated like crap. The jerseys came without customization (which we had ordered) and customer service wouldn't do anything except offer a 15% discount on our next order ! Unacceptable, avoid at all costs !!!
