Complete junk. All of their stuff is seconds that has been damaged. I bought two desks and both had scratches and dents. I reported them to the customer service rep (Carter) and he offered a $15 refund. I literally spent hundreds of dollars with Overstock and I was offered $15. After I stopped laughing, I cancelled all orders with them. The poor quality of their merchandise is only surpassed by their customer service. Do not buy from this place.

I got Vesta Gold Metal Slatted Platform Bed when I moved into my new house for a king size mattress I had. I couldn't be happier! This product is well made, VERY solid, reasonably easy to assemble. I mean, they all take a half hour anyway and when I'm working at home I take lots of breaks, so it's hard to tell, but I digress. It sleeps like a rock, my partner can flop all night long and it won't bother me a bit. I got lucky and caught it on sale, so it made me even happier to find it's such a quality product. With that in mind, it's still well worth the retail price.

Overstock is the worst. Do not order from them. They have the worst customer service. Paid for an item 3 times and they kept cancelling the order with no communication. Then wanted a picture of my drivers license. Shady!!@

Ok, I will be honest here and I am stoked at looking at the reviews for overstock.com. Not just here but in other places too. Had I seen this before (pondering on why I did not), I would have never bought anything from them. Having said that, I had recently (past 3 months) purchased 4 items (dog bed, two bar stools and decent size bar cabinet) summing up to around 600$. I will say the below about my experience- 1. My products arrived on time. 2. The products were as described and in mint condition. 3. The products were packaged well and I had no damage or missing parts or manuals. 4. The items i bought were based on user reviews and are fabulous (so far). 5. I did not have the need to return anything (yet). SO, as I wrote above, I am stoked by all these poor reviews. Did I just get lucky?! For all the 4 items ordered separately? And NO, i do not work for Overstock or am I being paid to put this here. Hope this helps...

Ordered 1 small thing in December for a Christmas. It is now March and they have not even claimed to have shipped yet. I have reached out to them directly for a return or at very least a status update with no response. I am now disputing over paypal and having it escalated to paypal directly for them to handle it. 100% do not recommended. 100% will never buy from them again.

I’m disappointed I can’t rate “0” stars. Item damaged in transit and neither Overstock nor UPS notified me. Each entity passing the buck and basically said it was my responsibility to be tracking. Ultimate response from Overstock was something like, “We said we’re sorry and are refunding your money...what more do you want?”. Umm...better follow-up with quality control and better customer service. Will never order from them again!

I have been watching the Backyard Discovery Potting Bench for a\over a month on Overstock.com, and finally could make the purchase in 2 days. I'm a senior on a fixed income, so had to save for it. They just raised the price $105.00- went from $94.99 to $199.00. That's a terrible way to do business. What retailer doubles the price of an item??? I have shopped with them for over a decade and they have lost a customer for these type of practices. And I can buy the exact same potting bench on Ebay for $100. Ridiculous!

The company is full of crap. They make you set up your account purchase your items then give you an email the day after saying we have canceled your order and then they ask you to verify your account I verified mine then they want a picture of your id? like kiss my a55 worst company I've seen by far. Not even Ebay ask for ID's like that's to confidential at that point but after verifying my account they said i would have to pay again that was the dumbest part they already had my money...??Then they have these surveys that pop up here and then makes you feel if this site was even a legit...
