First and last order from Overstock Delivery confirmation from UPS But never delivered. They want me to go to post office to locate. Then I'm told to check my mailbox and porch. Really.. never again. Stick with Amazon.

If I was able to rate Overtsock 0 I would. I ordered a grey comforter set and, when my confirmation of order came through it was an ivory color that had been shipped. I phoned customer service and they pretty much told me I must have chosen that color and there was no way it was their mistake. She suggested I sell it to someone and buy another in grey or pay myself to ship it back. Next time, I will stick with Wayfair.

Updating - I finally reached someone who cares - kudos to Robin M!!! ------------------------ I ordered an item needed for a particular date from the overstock.com store on ebay. Overstock.com shipped the wrong item. I went to ebay..they told me to contact Overstock. Guess what? Overstock told me to contact ebay. The way I see it they have my money and overstock's name is on the packing list and they made the mistake. But they are going to help me out and escalate this so I should get a call in 2 days. I got so many canned chat responses it was nearly comical. Wow!

Ordered my toddlers beds on June 30th. Monday 8/6 came and i haven’t gotten tracking information and it wasn’t updated on overstock order information. Contacted the seller to get it. Well he sent the tracking only to look it up and it still says Label has been created with UPS. The seller said it shipped out on 8/6. But it have not shipped out yet. UPS don’t even have the item. Bad customer service, they better hope and pray i can get my order on promise delivery date for 8/10. If it haven’t shipped out yet and today is 8/8. I highly doubt it will be here by Friday. I normally order from amazon and get my stuff in two days. So all this waiting is frustrating. They better be glad amazon don’t have any in stock at the moment cause i would have bought it from them. This was my first and last time ordering from Over Stock. If your sellers can’t ship items out then you need to fire them. Customer service is the reason Amazon is on top. Learn from them. Update beds delivered on 8/15. No explanation was give on why it was delivered past the delivery date smh.

I was so happy with my two new purchases at overstock, they were shipped earlier than expected and my purchases, a tiffany lamp and stained glass window panel were absolutely beautiful and packaged with great care. I love overstock .com and will continue to shop with them in the future!!!

Magasin à éviter à tout prix! Table extérieure achetée fort chère dont le plateau en teck se fendille après 2 saisons... Le magasin ne veut rien entendre et la maison mère est sourde à nos arguments... Passez votre chemin... Overstock ne mérite pas votre confiance!

I recently moved (probably common for a lot of overstock.com customers). My first shipment was scheduled to be delivered on the Friday of the weekend we were moving. That date was fine but for some reason, it got changed to Monday instead. As we were no longer going to be at that address, I gave them my new address to send the shipment to instead. However, because it was already in transit, they couldn't change it. Now, 3 weeks later they are sending me something at the old address again!!!!! They will not accept any kind of responsibility. They will blame the customer over and over again. No matter what, it is never their responsibilty! So if you are looking at another site with a similar product, I would definitely advise to stay away from Overstock.com or be prepared for something to go wrong because it will!!!
