THE WORST EVER. I purchased a 4K watch on Overstock.com 10-4-19. It is 10-9-19 and the order has not even shipped yet even though today was the expected delivery day. I called customer service they said it could take ten days to even ship and then another six days for delivery. So I purchased a 5k dollar watch from them and they can’t even tell me when it will ship. They will not even let me pay them extra for faster shipping. How in the holy hell is this company still in business with this kind of service!!!! Update- it is 10-15-19 and the watch still hasn’t shipped. Overstock customer service says it could take til the 18th to ship and then 6 days to make it here. I paid for this item on the 4th. The lady on the phone said There is no way to speed it up and she would be happy to cancel it for me. What! You will lose a 4K sale over shipping speed?? So- if you are ok with waiting a month for what you ordered.. I will update when it comes in as the condition.. Update- it is the 22nd and the order still has not shipped. I called on the 20th and they said they would “escalate” the case with the warehouse and that it should have already shipped. Here it is 22nd. No info. It has not shipped.

Never Again. I don't know what's happened to my Old friend, Overstock.com but they have in recent months, excuse my language, gone to $#!+. I bought what I SAW as a large bookcase type unit with lots of room for framed pictures and collectables as well as office supplies and books. But no, I was terribly wrong. My husband assembled one of the two units we recieved last night and it turned out to be HALF the size of what was pictured. There was HARDLY ANY SPACE between the shelves and I barely was able to fit anything on it. I was livid, because this type of thing has been happening a lot lately. Another example is that my husbandbought a ring for me which was supposed to be rose gold with a Morganite and cz's. Nope! Turns my finger green and CLEARLY not Morganite! What makes it worse is that I have seen a lot of their "jewelry" on "WISH"! That is a website or app where you buy things from China. And what are they famous for selling? I'm sure I don't have to say it!!! FAKE STUFF!!!! Hubby could have bought the same ring for a dollar!!!!! So I texted customer service and of course they told me I should have looked up the measurements. I usually do. But only when I am concerned about something fitting. I had no conscious need to check the size this time. At least I didn't think I did!!! So anyway. No refund for me unless I want to either join club 'O' and pay 25.00 for that, or pay a huge shipping fee to ship the garbage back to them.

Bought a mirror that was supposed to have black fittings and hook The mirror turns up with bright blue gloss paint fittings.Total false advertising. Contacted customer service and they said that the picture I sent them of my mirrors fittings were indeed black and that I should give it time to darken ??? How a bright blue gloss painted fitting is going to darken to a Cast iron look black I do not know! If I want a refund they expect me to return it to the USA from Australia and pay the shipping, So false description and pictures online and when you get product it looks nothing like what you thought you were buying!! Stay away from this company !

Bad dishonest company. Do not buy electric or battery operated items. I'm stuck with a 250 dollars Della portable air unit. Fan shattered in my face after a few uses. They want u to pay for return. I'm disabled and don't drive. They said it was too late to return or replace (like I would want another broken unit). Thank God I had a neighbor (who is also disabled) lend me his extra air unit or I'd be in hospital without from hear stroke. Don't buy from them. Cheaply made items

DO NOT BUY OVERSIZED ITEMS HERE. Actually, don't buy anything. Their customer service is terrible, and their inability to address their own mistakes borders on the criminal. I should start by saying I have belonged to their membership club for 7 years, and in the last year this company has turned into a complete sham. I ordered a mattress and box-spring set from Overstock 3 months ago. It has since been delivered TWICE sliced down the middle. After 4 or 5 separate calls with their CS department, they advised me to pick a different mattress from their stock. I asked if I would be compensated for their failure to deliver an undamaged product for 2 months, and they told me that the compensation was that I could chose something else! I picked another mattress, but it didn't come with the box-spring, so I ordered one separate. The new box spring arrived with a fist sized hole in it. I refused delivery again, and asked for a refund, so I could buy a box-spring somewhere else before the mattress arrived. They said they could only refund me the difference between what I paid for the original mattress and the additional money I gave them when I ordered the new set. WHAT????? So now I have wildly overpaid for a mattress that I may never receive from them, and the completely rude CS department acts completely affronted when I expect to either receive goods in exchange for my money or expect my money back. If I could give negative stars I would.

In september 2017 kocht ik in de winkel te Lochristi 2 TALCA salontafels metaal zwart ter waarde van 599€. Laatst kuiste ik de tafels af( wat trouwens bijna dagelijks gebeurt) met een doekje besprenkelt met enkele druppeltjes water.Ineens kwam er op een plek de lak eraf en dit na nog geen 2 jaar, dus ik dacht nog net binnen de garantie. Onmiddellijk foto's genomen en naar de winkel gereden. De dame in kwestie vond dit inderdaad niet kunnen en zei me dat ik zo vlug mogelijk contact moest nemen met de klanten"service" online. Zo gezegd zo gedaan en er werd een dossier opgesteld. Na veel heen en weer gemail kwam het er uiteindelijk op aan dat ze het zeer spijtig vonden maar dat ze daar niets konden aan doen. Garantie niet van tel en veel blablabla. En als ik het hier allemaal zo lees zijn ze inderdaad niet goed bezig. In ieder geval bij mij was het de eerste en vooral laatste keer dat ik daar iets heb aangekocht en zal mijn ervaring met veel plezier rondvertellen. Dominique L.

Horrible delivery service. Items were to be here today. Now I'm being told it won't be until next week. Guess it's going to sit outside for two weeks till I return home. I will cancel my payment. I would NEVER order from here again.... #Iloveamazon
