Ordered a papasan chair April 21st. Was trying to get a tracking number as website said between May 1 and May 7. Low and behold they now tell me 6 weeks. What??? They also tried to tell me it was a custom order. Uh, no, website, with screenshots, shows several available. This is fraud. I'll be disputing with credit card, with screenshots and text messages. Do not ever give them your money, that's all it amounts too, giving your money away.

They are unable to handle whatever they are attempting they advised me that my order wound not arrive in a month or more. I was told I could cancel but cannot get through to them by phone or text. I sent 8 specific texts with dates and order number asking for cancellation and refund. They answered with smart mouth comments. I just cannot believe this is how they wish to be perceived. I will never order from them again.

I don’t know how Overstock is under normal conditions - but they are not able to respond to customer issues in this environment. They sent me the wrong product (mattress frame) and I am not able to contact them to make it right. I realize now this may not have been the best time to be ordering non-essentials, but it appears Overstock should not be offering their services, as they are not able to provide follow up support

I ordered1 mattress they sent me 2 when I try to return it they said I haven't order nothing. Cannot chat with costumer service, don't even answer call

After a four hour wait, I sent In Photos of the damaged merchandise . Their response was oh you had buyers remorse. The item was clearly a factory defect. I didn’t appreciate the condescending attitude of the customer service representative. They finally okd the return with a full refund. Don’t know if I will purchase again from them.

i have to admit that i am absolutely disappointed by the service and the lack of communication with this shop - pre-paid my order and then begin to wait and wait and wait and still do not have my chairs. Do not buy from overstock garden!!!

Better look twice at what you order. If you make a genuine, human error in your order, they refuse to cover the cost to ship the item back to them.

I ordered something on April 15... Still not shipped and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone living to talk too. No one will answer the phone or emails to cancel my order and refund and you can't cancel it online. They are holding my money hostage. I have to get the BBB involved. Next step will be my credit card company. Buyer beware. Horrible company..
