Nothing but great things to say about them...quality, price, and customer services are superior in their industry. I purchased my son's entire apartment content here. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) came in on time and exactly as described. I have never been disappointed in the past. Customer for life!

Horrible customer service and scandalous credit practices. They won't allow for auto pays on their CC system and they changed the minimum due when you set up payment so they can charge you a $40 late fee for $2 dollars. Horrible customer service, BBB complaint filed.

I ordered a bed frame from them, when I got the order I opened it and realize there was no hardware to put it together or instructions! So I had to email them and it took over another week to finally get it! Well when I finally got the hardware and instructions I started putting it together after being half way down I see a a piece that wasn’t in the box so I had to contact overstock again! I was missing the 4 legs that hold the bed up! So that’s 3 things that are very important the hardware the instructions and now the 4 legs! I didn’t know I was missing anything else because I didn’t have the instructions until today! And when I try to get ahold of them to either credit me or give me a partial refund they just ignore me! If I was u I wouldn’t use this site it’s the worse customer service ever! They don’t wanna help you so now I’ve been sleeping on the floor with my mattress for a month because someone doesn’t know how to package things! And now it’s gonna take over another week to get the parts! Just ridiculous

I wouldn’t even give them a star, if I could. Very poor customer service. I purchased a cage, @ $142.00, then saw it at $125.00. Went to send an email, the price changed to $113.07. Just how does this happen? And of Couse they would NOT honor it. Never again
