Missing parts, waiting to hear back on what they will do. Can't use the nightstand the way it is.

Assure a purchaser that the product is authentic (not a fake) and backed wholly by the manufacturer

The assembly instructions were terrible. A total of 5 words were in the instructions: They were "Assembly Instruction" and "turn it over." Not Overstock's fault, but the description claims easy to use or clear instructions. I called Overstock to see if they had a video. I didn't think they would get back with me, but they sent me an email saying no video was available. I found a video on the Internet, although it wasn't from the same mfg (FcH) or for the same piece of furniture, but it gave me some key clues. Any and all self-assembly items should have videos showing how to assemble them.
