Products as advertised: Umbrella is great; rug is beautiful, soft. It was the delivery that cost a star. This big heavy umbrella was delivered to another home with same house number on another street in the neighborhood. I could not carry it alone and had to get help to retrieve it. UPS is on my street at least twice a day and why it went to another street is a mystery.

What I really like is many different choices with good descriptions so I can buy items I am happy with and no returns.

Your products are good. But your shipping takes a very long time compared to other vendors. It took 10 days to get my order after it said it had been shipped. When checking the shipping tracking all it says is that it has been shipped with no estimate on when it will arrive.

They had a price on a ring in my size. It was drastically cheaper than other sizes. Website said there were 4 in stock. Ordered it and then 2 days later they cancelled my order. Went back checked the item and was still in stock and then reordered and of course two days later they cancelled my order and claimed out of stock. It’s still in stock on the website but now it’s $ 1,000 more. Don’t order from them! False advertising and if the price is too good to be true, it is. They’ll just cancel the order. Pretty sure bait and switch is illegal. Stay away from this company at all costs.

The product itself is beautiful, delivery was a day early, and the shipment was very well protected with the packing style they did.
