The WORSE!!! Have a ticket number for item to be return and its been 2 months and they have not contacted me for anything, i guess they are waiting for the return time to expire Rip offffffffff Called them the day item came in wrong

I will never order from Overstock again. I have purchased a few high priced items from them that I was very satisfied with. I recently purchased a rug. Free Shipping. Very Nice. When the rug arrived the colours were not what was represented in the picture. My main reason for the purchase. The edges were finished poorly. The rug cost $40.47. Free Shipping. To return the same rug it was $43.00 and change. Which, if you add it up I owed them money. the Customer Service that I received "chatting" was dismissive and not at all helpful. They have lost a former/future customer over $40.00 and an unreasonable return policy.

Please don't use overstock com if you are not based in US I've lost 53.00 and I emailed several times and have not received any help Overstock.com used FedEx cross border and sent a tracking link. It appeared to arrived in Basildon UK Fedex depot on 26th May 2022. I waited to receive the item but after 2 weeks was concerned. I emailed fedex cross border several times and finally got a reply from Emily. Emily told me I HAD PUT A ADDRESS IN GERMANY and it was delivered on 8th June and as I put the address (i didn't even know Essen existed!!!!) I sent proof from overstock.com that I put my own address in the UK and asked them to compensate. If my earrings were sent to Essen the address must have come from overstock com and my order clearly showed my address in the UK. I'm now 53.00 short and no earrings bit a lovely gentleman in essen apparently signed for them I'm so upset they were my sister in laws 60th present I cant add photos but have proof of all of the above so far absolutely zero help or compensation from either FedEx (who infected were downright rude to me) or Overstock.com

I ordered a couch from Overstock and 24 hours later the order was canceled by Overstock. I ordered a replacement but within an hour I found a better option on another website. I tried to cancel but their policy is that an item can only be canceled 30 minutes or less after order which is kind of absurd (especially when they canceled my previous order after 24 hours). I contacted customer service 3 different times about canceling the order and was told each time they would cancel at the next step or reroute the package. The order was never canceled and the only way to get a refund without paying over $200 in shipping was to join their rewards program for $20 and then get refund in the form of Overstock credit. I now have a credit to an overpriced website with poor customer service policies! I would never buy from them again if I didn't have this credit to use!

Constantly receiving damaged items and also the wrong item. Returns are so aggravating. They know the are selling bad items, that's why they charge you to return. When you try to write a bad review they block it and won't publish it on their site!

I bought a beautiful bathroom vanity. They delivered a completely wrong item and would not offer to redeliver or refund. They first told me to take pictures of the wrong item, then accepted it was the wrong item they delivered, then asked to wait for a day for them to contact the original furniture company, then failed to contact them for 3 days, and when I again contacted Overstock, they told me to wait 4 more days for the response, not even letting me when and what the resolution can be. They said they could not process the refund because the item has a "tracking number".

Cancelled my initial order without notice because they didn't like the chosen payment method. When I called the Customer Service they asked me to replace the order and calling them to get a refund in case the items on sale would be more expansive by then. Turns out that was the case, and thanks to the other payment method we now payed ~$100 more than initially as they refuse to give the discount as promissed. Only offering a lousy coupon which is lower than what is currently offered regularly on their website. Lost a customer
