Awful. I received 3 items purchased and all three were damaged. They sent replacements and they were also damaged. The refused any help as the originals were unable to be taken apart and the replacements weren’t even worth being put together. Customer service was horrendous and offered no help. So I ended up paying full price for stuff that was damaged because they cared so little. Unfair and ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE

I purchased a wall panel from Overstock.com ...not a good experience. Product was damaged and wrong color. Tried to write a review and DENIED 3 times! Most recent reason was due to "Innappropriate/Unrelated: Your review contains inappropriate language or is unrelated to the item." This was my most recent review ...not a thing in it that was inappropriate and it was most certainly related: "This review has been edited three times now because overstock does not want it reflecting on them…claim it is a shipping issue and therefore not allowing the review. It is not! It is a misrepresentation of the product on the website. I ordered this wall panel in brown as labeled and pictured on the website; what I received was black. It was also received with multiple scratches and one missing section on a corner. I took multiple pictures and sent an email to support and was shocked by their initial response….they didn’t see any damage and colors could be different depending on monitors and I got what I ordered! What?!? I zoomed in on the damage and added a black scarf over the panel along with a snippet of my order clearly stating I was to get a ‘brown’ panel. I even took a picture of the back of the panel to show the color difference (see first two pics). Ultimately they agreed and asked if I wanted a replacement …I asked if I would get a brown one as pictured and labeled on the website. After being assured I would, I asked for the return. Got another black one…this affirms to me that this product is mislabeled! I decided to just work with the second one but I am disappointed that it does not represent the warm brown tones as shown on the website. Be warned if your happy with the color …this is not easy to hang. Each panel is heavy and I would suggest replacing the flimsy keyhole picture hanger on the back with something more sturdy. It took quite a while to get this up and one panel does not lay completely flat on the wall…bows out slightly at the bottom. It is a very striking panel that fills the wall space as planned, but gave two stars primarily because of the misrepresentation and hassle dealing with Overstock. The website needs to be updated to reflect what the supplier is providing." Needless to say I will never shop with them again!

I ordered and paid for a new sectional. It was promised to be delivered to me feb. 16th. I checked for updates on a daily basis, sometimes twice a day. Always stated Feb. 16th.. Arrived today Feb. 2nd. I have no one here to remove old large sofa and bring in new. They were scheduled for the 16th. Sitting on my porch in the rain. Overstock more or less says I can shove it! My wife and I are both 75 years of age and handicaped. @2900.00 + down the tube. BUYWE BE VERY VERY AWARE OF OVERSTOCK.com

I was sent a poor quality rug and started a return. They want me to pay almost $100 for the return label. The photo online does not look quite like the rug I received. The rug I received looks cheap, with fewer fibers PSI, so the fibers move around and the details become unclear. Customer Service asked me to spend more $$ with them ONLY TO GET A CREDIT! Their policies are structured to benefit them not to be fairly balanced with the customer.

Beautiful rug, however the colors in person are much brighter and blue than the pic of the gray rug shows. Just didn't match. However, so happy returning the item was simple..BUT.... Charging us $115 for return shipping is unbelievable!!! They will be deducting this from our refund. This should be stated somewhere before purchasing!! I still cannot get over this!! I will never buy from Overstock again. I hope this helps to warn others in the future!!

Overstock.com is a fraud company, never ever buy anything from them I ordered a sofa online from the site in Oct’2022 using Overstock credit card, received email after 2 weeks order got delayed. Then after 1 month I got another email that order is cancelled and money will be refunded. But during this period their credit card department started charging me interest on the amount when I never received any product from them. I talk to their credit card department and they started negotiating with me on late charge, interest charge etc

I bought this mattress from overstock " Sleep Inc Limited 12 Inch Medium Euro Top Hybrid Mattress Brand: SLEEPINC." and they sent me a used, dirty with holes at the bottom of the mattress and possibly bed bugs. I immediately called them and took forever to get response and never got my refund back. I sent them mutiple pictures and that was not enough. I wrote a bad review on their website and they rejected.

I will never buy from this company again. I purchased a tv stand that I was unable to use. When I attempted to return this item, I was told it cost $19.00 to get a return label. After returning the item, they wanted me to still pay for it. I refused to pay for something that I had returned. Overstock put a late payment on my credit report. This company should not be in business.
