Don't waste your time with this company. I buy furniture & decor for clients as a designer. The quality of products found here is often disappointing & if you do have to deal with customer service, you'll be sorry you chose them.

Horrible company! Do not purchase merchandise from this online store. I believe they sell “seconds.” Purchased three rolls of wall paper at full retail. All three rolls were different shades. Spent 112.53. Offered me 2.98 a roll store credit. Horrible!! What a joke. Buyer be where!!!

Certainly wish I had checked this site before doing business with Overstock. Never again. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep who was unknowledgeable and condensing, I asked to have the call elevated to a manager. Supposedly a manager was going to call me back within two hours. It has been four hours and no one has called. I have no choice but to contact my credit card company and do a chargeback. Furthermore, I will not be buying from any company that outsources customer service to a foreign country. It is extremely disrespect to the customer to have to deal with a language barrier when trying to resolve a problem and speaking to someone who could care less. Everyone please take the time to go to the Better Business Bureau site and file a complaint. Time to shut Overstock down for good.

I got married last year. My husband and I saved for 6 months to buy the wedding ring set he wanted for me. Unfortunately, we live paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford real diamonds. I personally think CZ’S are just as pretty as the real thing. So granted, $150.00 isn’t much to pay for an engagement ring and wedding band but it was all we could afford. The rings were beautiful, the fit, great. Too bad they weren’t worth the money we paid for them. Within the first 2 months a set came out of the wedding band. I was upset but still had the ring and eventually, I would have had another CZ put in. That didn’t happen. 2 weeks after I lost the first stone, one of the big ones fell out of the engagement ring. Now I’m extremely upset but not nearly as upset as I was at Overstock’s response. I had had the set more than 30 days. Their solution? A $7.00 credit back to my card. Never again will I order from them

Keep saying order is delayed. I'll never use them again. After 2 weeks they had put wrong address on it and it almost got returned !!!

First time ordering from overstock. Bedding was not what was described as far as color. Return policy charged me $19.00 to create a return label. That's half of what I was charged for my order. Absurd company policy. Highway robbery.

Avoid like the plague. You are better off with Wayfair. I wish I had seen this place for reviews before buying with them. My items arrived damaged. I wrote a review. Review was denied and I was told to contact Shipping. No direction on where to find that. Good luck with their "Customer Care." They absolutely don't want to deal with you, your concerns, or anything else. They do not respond, nor do they actually make it easy for you to find their contact information, let alone will you actually be able to reach the right department. I will 100% not buy anything - not even wallpaper - from them again. To bad for them because I am redoing an entire room and they would have made some bank with me.

Their return (lack of) policy is ridiculous. It's not cheap to use their label to return the item and you NEVER get anything refunded back to your credit card; instead you get a "store" credit with them. AND, if you want to pay $20 and month, you can return the item for them to pay the return postage, but the refund still doesn't come back to you. Not worth the hassle/expense of ever ordering from them again! Especially with all of the other online merchants that accommodate returns without hassle.
