This is the worst company do not purchase from them. They have a practice of charging for returns i was not aware of. I then spoke with TJ supervisor and he would not help, sounding like a robot. I will not purchase another item from this company and plan on telling any and every one to not do business with them. Poor and very unprofessional tactics. Do not and I repeat purchase anything from this company. Unethical!

J'ai acheté un objet le 16 février 2023. Le lendemain, je reçois un courriel de cette compagnie, mentionnant que l'objet était en route. En faisant le suivi («tracking») chez UPS, je constate le surlendemain que, prétendument, le colis aurait été livré... en Pennsylvanie. Or j'habite au Canada. Rien à voir avec l'adresse de livraison. Pas moyen d'entrer à nouveau dans le compte que j'avais créé au sein de cette compagnie. L'argent a été très rapidement débité de ma carte de crédit ! Aucun retour de cette compagnie (mais beaucoup de pourriels non sollicités). Lancez votre argent par la fenêtre plultôt que de le leur envoyer.

Worst company in existence. Bought a bed. Suppose to be new. Aftee waiting the 24 hours it was molded down where two people slept and the box it came in was torn to shreds. They just re-sealed a used mattress. Lost my business forever. Over a on sale bed. Trash company.

I contacted Overstock to return an item that wasn’t as represented. I was told I could print return off return shipping labels, however they were going to charge me $47.00 for shipping on a item that cost only $51.00. Do the math! $51. - $47. = $4.00 is all I’ll get back! I will never do business with Overstock again! INSANE!

They want to charge me $24.54 shipping for a return of a defective item. The item cost was only $36.00. What a rip-off!

Horrible company. If u make an email inquiry they will then use your email address to bombard you with adverts 2 or 3 times a day. There is no way to block or stop these ads as they change their email header each time and their UNSUSCRIBE button is mere window dressing as it does not work. Avoid at all costs.

If your looking for a nightmare experience, purchase from overstock. Simply put they are awful.

The company may have attractive prices/products but they gouge the customer once the sale has been made and/or product shipped. When I tried to return a $36.00 sheet set, the return label cost was $21.48. (I bought the wrong size.) My net would have been less than $15.00 for an unused sheet set in its original packaging. I was told it was because the set was OK, but I had made a mistake. Buyer beware. Better yet, never buy from this unfair company.
