They don’t even deserve one star. I made a purchase for a few items at one time. After my CC company blocked the purchase(should have been the only red flag I needed), I purchased the same items with another card, with no issue. Somehow, Overstocked still shipped the first order, so I suddenly had duplicates. i started a return for the items a few days after receiiving them…this was in March. After a lot of runaround, I was eventually given a return label for one of the four items and after several requests(all documented mind you), I was never given labels for the other items. So, I printed four of the original labels and sent everything back. Flash forward to today, 6/19/23 and they still haven’t refunded me my money and every time I talk to a robot CS agent, I get the exact same story, “our over-sized return team will be in touch with you in 2-3 days”. Last conversation with them was two weeks and nothing…..Buyer beware and stay away from these crooks.

I ordered stair treads a month ago. Got an email saying they were delayed. Now, a month later and no treads, and CS says they were delivered. But I was charged and they don't show on my account as even ordered. I think I'll stick to Amazon.

Ordered a thermocouple for a project and paid nearly $5 for delivery of a part weighing only a few ounces. After nearly 3 weeks without delivery I was forced to purchase the part locally as I was on a deadline. When I finally received the part I asked for a return and was told I would have to purchase tracked return delivery from USP. As that cost would negate most of the refund I sent it back 1st class mail in a padded envelope, clearly addressed to the return address they provided. It has been over a month since I mailed the part back and I'm now out the money AND the part as they claim they never received it. What a complete waste of time and money. I will NEVER again purchase anything from this company

I purchased a cocktail table to match my end tables and tv stand. So my 15% was not added to my purchase so I paid and extra 100 dollars. As soon as I noticed this I contacted with there chat department because they were closed. And I said you have 30 minutes to cancel. No one responded till 6 am. I told them what happened my discount didn't apply and can they fix it. After going back and forth with 4 different reps 2 in chat 1 over the phone 1 superior I gave up I ended up cancel but was told it might not go through which didn't make sense because I placed order over the ended and it didn't even ship. And after I thought about it I just keep the other it shipped this past Monday should be here Friday. I have read some reviews and I won't buy and from them found unlimited furniture and there prices a way better then overstock. Overstock is officially FIRED.

I ordered a gift for my husband for Father's Day with the promise of having it delivered before Father's Day, and AFTER the order shipped, they informed me that I would be charged the considerable charge but the order would come late. I had stopped ordering from Overstock a while back because of their terrible customer service, and I thought I'd try them again. Burned! And so once again I will stay away from Overstock in the future.

I wanted to buy a bed, but the weight wasn't listed. I live alone and need to make sure I can handle the package when it arrives. I spent 33 minutes on Chat with a rep who couldn't find the info. She finally gave me the number to call the distributor. That number was out of service. Sad; I really wanted to buy the bed but guess I'll be buying elsewhere.

I placed an order, the item came damaged. I returned the product and Ive been fighting to get my refund. They've only processed half of the refund and I keep fighting to get the other half. I have gotten a hundred excuses and this goes on and on. Horrible customer service, bad attitudes and still no resolution. I'll never work with this company again.

They're mostly good but one thing prevents them from being a 4 or 5 stars company, their return policy. I bought a chair, it arrived and was total trash, had a yellow stain on on the white center, legs were uneven, just garbage but on top of that, I get banged out for $22 to return it. With the risk of an online purchase not meeting expectations,I won't be buying anything again from Overstock if I'm on the hook for shipping costs.
