The item was advertised as "assembled". It is not. I tried to cancel this order right away and I was told it was already shipped. IN ONE HOUR IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED BS.?????? I will not accept this "unassembled" tool shed. I will stop payment. THIS WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. SHAME ON YOU

Mostly it was what I expected but I hated that when I ordered it said one delivery date then changed it to days (or more) later. I would like more accurate info than that.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery date discrepancy. We understand how frustrating it is when estimated delivery times change unexpectedly. We are actively working to improve the accuracy of our shipping information.

thThe item we ordered was extremely misleading in its marketing. Based on the photos and description, we believed we were purchasing three pieces of furniture, but only one piece arrived. There was also no option on the website to choose which individual piece we would receive. I called customer service to explain the situation, and the representative simply told me, “That’s how Overstock works.” I explained that I needed the complete furniture set, and since that wasn’t what I received or believed I was purchasing, I no longer wanted the single piece. I was then told I would have to pay approximately $120 to return it because I “didn’t want it.” That is incredibly frustrating. I don’t simply “not want it”—I don’t want it because the advertising led me to believe I was purchasing something entirely different. Now I’m stuck with one couch and a half-empty room unless I pay $120 to correct a problem created by misleading advertising. This was a horrible customer experience, made worse by the response I received when I called for help. I will not purchase from Overstock again. I also have a significant social media following and plan to share my experience, particularly the misleading advertising and the disappointing way the company chose to respond when I tried to resolve it.
