I tried to change an address that Apple Pay defaulted to and your website did not give me the opportunity to do that I tried calling and they could not change it. They sent a message to the warehouse but my item is waiting for shipping. The agent said I could not cancel because it was already scheduled…I called at 10am. I made the purchase at 8am. I was recently told one could cancel I 24 hours … were is the customer service? I need to get the rug canceled or shipped to the correct address. I am in Florida no NY
