The carrier USPS could not find my house, there for the package is in transit back to the warehouse. I couldn't find that information on their site. Called and got that information. They will not refund my money until it get back to the warehouse. I asked what happens if it gets lost in transit, not a lot of faith as they couldn't get it to my house. I would like my refund now. Can't do it until it gets back to the warehouse. How long will that take? I don't know? Then how will I know if it is lost? I don't know. Zero stars.

OVERSTOCK HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. RETURNED BEDDING THAT THEY HAVE HAD FOR 15 DAYS. RETURN POLICY IS 7-10 DAYS. SPOKE WITH 5 REP'S WHO GAVE ME THE SAME RUN-A-ROUND. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE TO DO SO. AWFUL WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE experience! From the day I purchased to the end! Ordered an $1,800+ engagement ring/ wedding band for my girlfriend on July 14th 2026, never received any email about shipping until July 28th. Kept calling in and they always had excuses and kept pushing back the time of shipment. Finally shipped out on August 7th. Picked it up August 10th and the shipping label had another name on it! They wouldn’t give it to me because my name was different than what was on the package. Had to call FedEx to verify that it’s my package with the same tracking number. Took the package and opened it and there were EARRINGS inside! I was so disappointed… NEVER EVER EVER shop from these scammers! Going to return this item and hopefully get my $1,800 refund back… absolutely disgusted with these bums!

I am very upset about a terrible experience with Overstock. I ordered bar stools that arrived cheap, ugly, and nothing like the photos online. One of the stools was broken right out of the box. The quality is so poor they look like something from Temu, and they are absolutely not worth the money I paid. When I tried to return them, I was told I would have to pay for the shipping to send them back, even though one stool was damaged and the others were misrepresented. It is unacceptable to charge a customer to return items that arrived broken and not as described. To make this worse, I tried to post an honest review about these bar stools on Overstock’s website, but every time I tried to submit it, I got an error message. The site would not allow my negative review to go through. This is why all their products show mostly 5-star reviews: they appear to block or suppress honest, critical feedback. In my opinion, this is misleading and feels like a scam.

Buyer beware! I ordered a "3 piece set" of living room furniture from them. It was the higher priced item in a menu that also offered 2 piece "set" with a pic of a loveseat, sofa and recliner. It even described all the features of the recliner, such as massage. Fast forward, I received 1 sofa. I email and get no response other than acknowledgement they received my email. I contact them by phone. I am told one sofa is all that is included in the "3 piece SET". The sofa arrived in 3 separate boxes so that was the SET. Totally false advertisement and bait and switch. I told customer service the word "set" means more than one. She got very nasty and hug up on me. Thank goodness I used a credit card. I turned it all over to them and the dispute was found in my favor. This company makes a living ripping people off and hoping you just accept it. Don't accept it! Fight. Now if they want this sofa they can pay to come get it. I am not out a dime thanks to my great credit card company.

Tried to order a light and website mentioned extra 20% using a code plus signup with email and additional 15%. When added to cart and checkout, the price mentioned $127.00 and checked out price became $142. Called customer service who said items already on sale gets no discount which was not mentioned that sales item don’t get discount even though on website the item listed has additional discount will be applied. Searched other websites and same item ordered from bedbathbeyond.com, same item came out $103.00 after applying their 25% real discount applied. Totally waste of time and overstock is just a scam, it should say overprice. Beware of their mischievous business practices to scam consumers.
