The delivery was not to my satisfaction. Package was to be delivered to address with apartment #. Instead, package was left in front of the building where it could have been taken. Overstock sent tinely messages regarding arrival of package and I was able to look for package when it was delivered. Unfortunately when entering shipping info, there was no where to include special instructions.
Response from Overstock.comAug 28, 2026
We appreciate you sharing your delivery experience with us. We understand your frustration regarding the package being left outside the building, especially since you provided an apartment number. We are actively looking into solutions to improve our delivery instructions process to prevent similar situations in the future. Your feedback is valuable as we work to enhance our services.
