My granddaughter loves this mattress topper. It transformed her uncomfortably hard dorm mattress into a luxurious, dreamy, very-difficult-to-get -up -from bed.

The order was good. Dinning chairs come on time. But one of the leg on my purple chair is about 1-1.5 cm shorter than the other 3 legs. It' really odd sitting on this chair. Can the company do something to fix this? I want to attach the picture. But there's no option to upload. Who should I call to fix this?
Response from Overstock.comAug 28, 2026
We are glad to hear your dining chairs arrived on time. We understand your concern about the chair leg, and we want to help resolve this for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will reach out to you directly to discuss how we can assist with the chair and to facilitate the picture submission.

Love the rug and the ease of ordering. Took only a few days to get here. Three stars only because the FedEx delivery person left it outside the garage -- not the front door where there is protection from the weather. Instead, left leaning on the garage wall and a rain storm arrived about five minutes later. Rug was wrapped in plastic, but still!

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We're happy to hear you love the rug and found the ordering process easy, with quick delivery. We are concerned to learn about the delivery experience and the placement of your package, especially with the impending rain. We are always working to ensure our deliveries are handled with care and left in appropriate locations. Your comments help us improve our services.

I ordered a beautiful queen size comforter, and a decorative pillow, which arrived today. The Quality is phenomenal. It has the nice heavy weight for a cold winter and the velvet piping around the comforter adds elegance. I can’t wait to use it for those cold winter nights.

We are so happy to hear that you love the quality of your new comforter and decorative pillow! We designed them with both warmth and elegance in mind, and we're glad the velvet piping adds that special touch. We hope you enjoy many cozy winter nights!
