Item was easy to locate on website.
Item was easy to locate on website. Order was filled extremely fast, and arrived rapidly to my door. It was just what I ordered at a reasonable price. Item was packed so well there was not a scratch on it!

A perfect find
I found just what I was looking for and the price was right. The Duvet cover set was fort, well made and the right "look" on my bed - a real refresh!

You sent me the wrong rug
You sent me the wrong rug. I had to do all the work to figure out what rug it was in order to return it without damaging the packaging. Wait around for UPS for pickup. And now wait hoping the right rug comes. Not cool!

Great Experience - No Issues
The bed frame came exactly as described, super nice quality - it wasn't cheap particle board. Ordering process was simple and shipping was pretty fast as well. Will use overstock.com again in the future.
