Received email confirming delivery, but did not happen. Customer service trying to help, but not holding out hope. FEDex is notorious for not delivering but saying they did. Disappointed.

Why have my items not shipped or have I not been notified yet? The corner cabinet was to arrive tomorrow as per your order form estimate. Please update me ASAP!

I received a replica Fendi wallet. I first check online for the verification process of the Fendi wallets and all of them failed. I called overstock after receiving the item and checking it online (after about 20 minutes from receiving the item) and they simply said "it is authentic and we do not accept returns".

Everything was exceptional. Fast and easy. Great customer service and value. No surprises.

I reached out to customer service , when my Overstock purchase came with no assembly instructions. I was told they would reach out to the manufactuor and would send me a digital copy. I have since tried reaching out to them directly and they state they don't have instructions and I didn't purchase it from them. I contacted Overstock once again via chat on their site and was told to contact customer service. I still have NO idea how to assemble the bathroom vanity I purchased.

Package arrived just fine. I called customer service for instructions on how to remove fold lines. She said to save the outer wrap in case I needed to return it plus it might take 14 days for it to lay flat. The last rug I bought was rolled with instructions on how to help it lay flat. This one is folded so there will be fold lines. I'm 83 and use a walker! I expect fold lines but want to help them lessen as quickly as possible so I can safely walk on the rug. Fourteen days was not listed in the description!!! Karen Malloy
