It was very easy to order this beautiful lamp that we purchased. I found the website extremely easy to use. I have not received the lamp yet. When I do, I'll be happy to write a review about our new lamp. This 5 stars was for the website ease only. m~

Apparently, the item I ordered was out of stock. I was never notified and waited two weeks for the item to ship. When I called, they were unapologetic and said that my order was canceled, and there was nothing they could do to make it right. I wasted two weeks and now the item is out of stock elsewhere, so I’m also out $1000. I was never notified of the cancellation.

Never received any emails, stating my order was placed. When I went to look for my order, it said I never put in an order yet. My card was charged. I could not get any tracking information because they said I didn’t have an order when I finally called. There was an automated system could not talk to a person. It kept saying it would give me tracking information but then it would tell me something went wrong and not give me any tracking information. I have been waiting over a month and still have not received my order.
