The coffee table I ordered was delivered damaged. The part that was damaged was visible from the outside package as that area was punctured through and I could see the broken parts.

Awful customer service. BEd bath & beyond owns overstock seemingly. An outdoor patio umbrella for almost 300 dollars was 16 days out of the 30 day warranty (which umbrella lasts only 39 days!?!?) There was zero customer service offered. I was told to send pcis I did they had no resolution for me other than to BUY another one! How ridiculous

We decided to change the color of our cushions right after ordering. It was easy to cancel the order and redo in the preferred color.
