The umbrella is perfect for what I needed. The base was shipped separately. When I called customer service with the concern, they were very helpful.

I ordered a Bossin Big and Tall office chair from Overstock. While on the Ovestock website, I had several office chairs to choose from. I chose the Bossin chair because I liked the way it looked. Overtock sent me a verification email stating they received my order and they were processing it and I could expect my order by September 5. Overstock sent another email stating the order would be coming on Thursday, September 3 between 2:30 and 5:30. My chair arrived exactly at 2:30 and I couldn't be happier. The chair was well packaged and the instructions for assembly were impeccable. It was easy to assemble, and the quality was better than I expected. The gentleman who delivered the chair brought it right up to the door and confirmed that I was the recipient. Excellent product and excellent service!
