The German 6oz flannel sheets stunk
The German 6oz flannel sheets stunk. Literally very bad smell that could not be washed out. I tried 3 times and even tried vinegar.
Response from Overstock.comSep 7, 2026
We are sorry to hear about the issue with the flannel sheets. We have reviewed your purchase and a return for a refund was offered. We do need an item to be returned to qualify for a refund credit.

Price match guarantee... NOT!
I contacted customer service regarding your price match policy for a recent purchase of a 7 piece patio set. After being told that my purchase qualified for a price match, I was then told my request could not be honored as overstock does not price match sale price items. Your policy is very misleading and not at all consumer centric!
Response from Overstock.comSep 7, 2026
We appreciate you sharing your experience with our price match policy. Your purchase has been looked over and it appears a 10% discount was honored for you on 08/28.
