We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with the address change process. We understand how annoying it is to have to cancel and reorder due to a simple typo. Your purchase with the incorrect address was successfully cancelled and refunded on 08/29.

We are very sorry to hear about the damaged packaging and the table. Your order has been looked over and we did set up a damage claim for a full replacement table to be shipped to you.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand that international shipping can be quite a journey for packages, and we're glad to hear that despite the long distance and multiple handlers, your item arrived securely. It's reassuring to know our packaging efforts, including the bubble wrap and void fillers, successfully protected your order even when the outer box sustained some transit damage. We are always working to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition.
