Sept 15,2026 My delivery person rang my door bell per request on delivery which did give me notice my boxes were there and there was able to tell him thanks when I answered the door. Melvarene Hayes

You sent me the incorrect lampshade because your descriptions are misleading and then charged me to send it back. I was expecting to receive a light linen shade, but was sent burlap - yuck. I will never order from you again.
Response from Overstock.comSep 28, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the lampshade not meeting your expectations. Your return was received and a refund issued.

I purchased 2 very nice rug pads. They arrived on time, and are what was advertised. Much less expensive than Wayfair. Probably saved 100.00 total.
