I have purchased items before from Overstock and each time the experience has been great. From the moment the order is placed it's tracked until delivery and I love that. So, I know exactly when to expect delivery of the item. I highly recommend Overstock for their professionalism and efficiency.

I requested return information and was told to put both products in the same box with both return codes. They only refunded one item and said you shouldn't put two items in the same box. And for the restocking fee this is what I get!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our records confirmed we were able to complete the return and refund of both items. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected].

This review is for my interaction with overstock and not about the product itself since I never received it. Not only was my order, not shipped when it was supposed to be and not received when it was supposed to be, but I’ve had a lot of difficulty getting answers from anyone after calling multiple times about what the status is. I could’ve gotten this tile from four other places so at this point, I am going to cancel the order and get it from one of the other vendors.

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with your recent order and the difficulties in getting updates. We understand how disappointing that is. We did issue a refund for the purchase on 09/16.
