I needed an update on my order along with tracking update. The system kept breaking up so I couldn’t get the updates. I selected to get a text update and that never came through

What went wrong this time? Or every single time I waste my money with your shitty company? This is why revenues are down! You say a delivery date. I place an order and two days later I get a delayed shipping notice. I am having a big family party and will have no lounge chairs as originally planned and like your shipping said I would. Every single time! You guys suck so bad. And your poor customer service people. She hung up on me because I’m so mad. What the holy hell is wrong with you? Need a new CEO? Let me fix your company!

The discounts were wonderful.They helped me to decide. Just one problem, no insurance was offered. I always take the insurance. Other than that, I feel I will like my purchase.
