I purchased two light fixtures to be delivered within a few days-unfortunately there were no updates. The tracking didn’t work and I had to call multiple times to request more information and when the packages did arrive, they were not together. They were a day apart, overall very disappointed.

I don’t like to trash talk, but the product was as described—thanks. The box was kicked, with splits and holes—whose fault, I don’t know. The packaging was terrible, did not coved to protect the sculpture and a chunk was broken off the foot. I set it up anyway and sprayed it either sealant hoping for the best when it rains.

I immediately reached out to customer service when the order was placed to change the delivery address- apparently no one did anything about it so it was delivered to my old address and I did not receive it.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble and frustration this delivery issue has caused. We understand how disappointing it is when an order goes to an old address. Once a purchase processes and ships we are unable to add a new address to the label. Fed Ex marked your rug as delivered on 09/17.
