The lampshades I purchased were about $20 off amazon prices which was a good deal. However they were not packaged properly and they did incur some damage when shipped, they are slightly bent. I did not return due to the hassle but I do not trust this company due to their poor shipping quality.

Each agent was very nice, but untimely I still has a carpet I do't want! It it not the same color as depicted on the website. Returning has been a nightmare. I have had a six phone calls. The last agent said a label and packing material would be sent to me It has been 2 days. Meanwhile I have this huge rug taking up space. At this point I want a full refund and to get this rug out of home. Never again, Overstock!

The item was per the description and I appreciate the the reviews. This rug is soft to your feet even without a pad. The price was great and it was delivered timely and in good condition.
