Ordered a part for a wheelchair that was needed asap. Paid 30 dollars for next day shipping. A week later haven’t seen it and can’t cancel the order.

We sincerely regret the concern with your urgent order and the frustration this has caused. Your account has been reviewed and UPS confirmed the package was delivered on 09/18.

One star because the 10 x14 arrived folded instead of rolled. I see by other reviews this is a common occurrence. Who in their right mind would fold a rug? Beautiful colors, design, and a great deal on the price. But one star for folding a rug!!
Response from Overstock.comSep 29, 2026
We appreciate your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the rug's packaging. We are actively working to improve our shipping process.
