I am being asked to review a product that I am still waiting for. I placed an order that specifically showed on the Overstock website as "2 day delivery" I needed the product in a short lead time because I was at a seasonal home for a short amount of time. I wanted to have time to receive and assemble the dining tables before leaving. One week after receiving shipping confirmation, customer service could not tell me when the shipment would arrive. They suggested I call UPS to inquire, rather than advising they would secure the information. I asked that the order be canceled because it was likely to arrive at a location I would not be at for three months - they refused! The customer agent even said orders normally take six days to deliver - all while the website was still showing 2 day delivery to my zip code. The price had also dropped and they would not extend a price adjustment. That is the least they could have done since they refused to cancel the order. This has been a very disappointing experience.
